Rosepane pilots are small and hands-on. We load your real exports, seed the cases your current systems get wrong, and put the result in front of a handful of managers and your HR operations team.
How a pilot runs
- Tell us what breaks today. Backdated promotions, people between seats, contractors with no seat, reorgs that rewrite the past. These become the test cases.
- We set up your instance with its own database, and load your exports. You review every load before it’s committed.
- HR operations and a few managers use it for real: Home, their team on any date, the evidence behind each item.
- We decide together what goes next, based on what the people using it actually needed.

Questions
- Does Rosepane replace our HRIS?
- No. It reads the exports your HRIS already produces and doesn’t write back. Your system of record stays your system of record.
- What do you need from us?
- Recent exports of your people, positions (seats) and org units, plus the cases you’d most like to see handled. Spreadsheets are fine.
- Who uses it?
- HR operations, who load and review data and grant access, and managers, who see what needs them and their team on any date.
- Is there self-serve signup?
- No. Access is granted deliberately by your HR operations team, and every grant is logged.
- What does it cost?
